I don’t just show up with a clipboard and a smile. I come with timelines, systems, industry insight, and a serious dedication to helping you stay grounded through all the moving parts.
I’m not here to “run the show.” I’m here to build the show with you, one smart decision, vendor match, and detail at a time.

Contract & Retainer – Once everything feels like a fit, you’ll receive your contract and retainer invoice to officially lock in your date.

Onboarding Email – You’ll get a warm welcome, along with access to your custom planning portal and timeline.

Onboarding Meeting – We’ll meet virtually to map out next steps, clarify priorities, and start making things real.

Planning Begins – Whether we’re starting from scratch or jumping into what you’ve already planned, this is where the work officially begins.

Monthly Virtual Meetings – We’ll check in consistently, keep things moving, and make sure no detail gets lost in the shuffle.

30-Day Final Walkthrough – We’ll meet to review the full timeline, vendor info, and make sure everything is locked and loaded.

Rehearsal – I’ll lead your rehearsal so everyone knows where to be and when.
