Package includes the following: 

Complimentary consultation

Personalized face to face or virtual consultation appointments

Oversight of all pertinent details & serve as point of contact for guests and vendors

Personalized event project plan

Event design, theme & decor concept development consultation

Assistance with attire selections and accompanied appointments

Distribute finalized itinerary and timeline to vendors and event participants

Rehearsal coordination and instruction, maximum 1.5 hours

Collect items for event and oversee proper setup

Provide essential on-hand emergency kit

Assistance with save-the-date announcements, invitations, escort boards, menu cards, programs, & additional stationery 

Consultant review of venue and vendor contracts

Develop itinerary and timeline of events

Final detailing consultation with vendors the month of event

Final detailing consultation at the selected venue(s) the month of event
