100 Day Countdown Package

Supplemental, personalized assistance throughout the planning process.

Starting at $2,550

Package includes the following: 

Consultancy beginning 100 days before the event date*

Three (3) monthly personalized in-person or virtual consultation appointments

Consultant review of venue and vendor contracts

Arrange vendor + venue appointments

Event design, theme & decor concept development consultation

Organize and Conduct final key vendor meeting with venue and vendors the month of event (virtual and/or at venue location)

Full event coverage by our team of event coordinators on wedding day

Collect personal items for event and oversee proper setup and breakdown

Assistance with design and/or procurement of stationery (i.e., invitations, seating chart, escort cards, menus, programs, etc.)

Provide preferred vendor list**

Oversight of all pertinent details & serve as point of contact for guests and vendors

Develop itinerary and timeline of events

Distribute finalized itinerary and timeline to vendors and event participants

Walk through tour at selected venue(s) to discuss event details

Rehearsal coordination and instruction, maximum 1.5 hours

Provide essential on-hand emergency kit on wedding day

*Must have venue booked prior to consultancy start date
